Role Purpose
This role is responsible for providing tax compliance and advisory services for the Group's global operations. In this hands-on role you will manage the regional direct tax accounting and compliance function, advise the business on a wide range of international tax matters, and liaise with external advisors, and tax authorities. This is a unique opportunity to join a small in-house global team of experienced tax professionals.

What You'll Do
- Lead Tax Compliance: Manage end-to-end corporate income tax processes for subsidiaries across diverse regions.
- Drive Accuracy: Prepare and review CIT returns, IFRS tax provisions, and local financial statement disclosures.
- Collaborate Globally: Work closely with in-country accountants, external advisors, and tax authorities.
- Innovate & Improve: Identify tax planning opportunities and streamline compliance processes.
- Influence Strategy: Support high-profile projects including acquisitions, cash repatriation, and adapting to new legislation.
What We're Looking For
- Professional accounting/tax qualifications and 510 years of experience in multinational tax environments.
- Exposure to APAC or EMEA tax regimes is a plus.
- A proactive, analytical thinker who thrives in fast-paced, commercially oriented settings.
- Exceptional communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.
