Job Summary

We are seeking a driven Assistant Manager to support the shared services tax operations in our Noida office, working closely with the global tax team headquartered in Dubai. The role focuses on hands-on preparation and review of multi-jurisdictional tax compliance, monthly withholding tax filings, and supporting technical work on UAE Corporate Tax, and Transfer Pricing under the guidance of the Tax Manager.

The ideal candidate has solid accounting fundamentals, growing tax technical expertise, and the ability to work effectively with cross-border teams in a shared services or multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly and annual corporate income tax and withholding tax filings across assigned jurisdictions.
• Perform detailed review of monthly withholding tax returns, flagging discrepancies and ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in delivering standardized global tax compliance processes within the team.
• Liaise with finance, legal, and operational stakeholders to ensure accurate and consistent tax and accounting data flow.
• Support transfer pricing analysis, documentation preparation, and CbCR data coordination.
• Maintain and update SOPs, compliance trackers, and working papers to meet quality standards.
• Assist with international tax audits, queries, and regulatory submissions as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent (CPA, ACCA); pursuing or holding ADIT is an advantage.
• 4-6 years of experience in global tax compliance, preferably in a Big 4 or a MNC.
• Working experience in withholding tax filings and reviews required.
• Good accounting skills with the ability to interpret financial data for tax purposes.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills; ability to work under supervision and manage deadlines.
