Role Description The Assistant role at Tata Motars Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Jabalpur. The Assistant will support daily administrative and operational activities, including organizing documents, maintaining records, and preparing basic reports. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, assisting in scheduling meetings, handling phone and email inquiries, and supporting data entry tasks. The role may also involve assisting with inventory documentation, tracking office supplies, and helping ensure that workplace procedures are followed. Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities, including document management, record keeping, and basic report preparation.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with team members, respond to inquiries, and support cross-functional activities.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy in handling information, and the ability to follow established procedures and guidelines.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work reliably in an on-site industrial/office setting.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in business administration, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in an administrative, assistant, or office support role in manufacturing or a similar environment is preferred but not mandatory.
