Role Description
This is a full-time position for an Assistant Swimming Coach at PM Swimming Centre, located on-site in Bengaluru. The Assistant Swimming Coach will assist in organizing and conducting swimming lessons, helping individuals of all ages and skill levels improve their swimming techniques. Responsibilities include providing swim instruction, ensuring safety standards are met, assisting with aquatic activities, and contributing to the overall development of swimmers. The role requires commitment to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Swim Instruction and conducting Swim Lessons
- Strong skills in Swimming and Lifeguarding
- Knowledge and experience in Aquatics activities and safety protocols
- Ability to inspire and motivate individuals across various age groups
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in lifesaving and first aid is an advantage
- Previous experience in competitive swimming is a plus
