RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in carrying out land surveys, topographic surveys, and layout markings at project sites.
- Operate surveying instruments such as Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, and Theodolite.
- Support the preparation of site layout drawings and alignment maps.
- Assist in verifying land boundaries and plot demarcations as per project drawings.
- Record and maintain field survey data, measurements, and calculations accurately.
- Support senior surveyor in coordinating with civil engineers and site supervisors.
- Ensure that all surveying work complies with quality and safety standards.
- Maintain calibration and proper functioning of survey equipment.
- Participate in regular site inspections and reporting activities.
Requirements Skills & Competencies:
- Hands-on experience with Total Station, Auto Level, GPS devices, and relevant tools.
- Basic knowledge of construction layouts, civil drawings, and site measurements.
- Understanding of survey principles, land laws, and measurement techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good physical fitness for on-site work and outdoor environments.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions precisely.
Preferred Background:
- Experience in real estate projects (residential/commercial layouts, plotting, etc.).
- Exposure to roadwork, infrastructure, or industrial construction sites.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD (preferred but not mandatory).
