Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Store Manager to manage showroom operations and drive sales. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, sales-driven, and confident in handling team and client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet and assist customers, understand their requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Drive showroom sales and achieve business targets.
• Build relationships with interior designers, architects, builders, and contractors to generate business leads.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and after-sales service.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for timely delivery and installation.
• Maintain showroom appearance, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Stay updated on products, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
Requirements
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in retail management / showroom sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused and sales-oriented mindset.
• Interest in design and aesthetics is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
