Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Store Manager based in Jammu. The Assistant Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, assist with managing staff, and ensure efficient workflows. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inventory and retail loss prevention strategies, and supporting store staff to reach sales and operational targets. The role also involves maintaining compliance with the store's policies and contributing to sales growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills essential for building positive relationships and ensuring a high-quality shopping experience for customers.
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and management.
• Store Management skills and proficiency in overseeing retail operations, including staff supervision and resource management.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to ensure store security and minimize losses.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
• Proven problem-solving and organizational skills for efficient management of day-to-day store activities.
• Previous experience in retail & jewellery & or customer service is preferred.
