Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Store Manager in Dhanbad.
Responsibilities will include managing daily store operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, supervising and training store staff, addressing customer inquiries, and overseeing the implementation of retail policies and procedures. The Assistant Store Manager will also play a key role in loss prevention, stock management, and maintaining a high standard of store appearance and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with customers, team member
- Experience in Store Management, including organizing operations and staffing
- Retail industry experience of 5-6 years
- Understanding of Retail Loss Prevention strategies and techniques
- Leadership abilities and team management experience
- Attention to detail with the ability to handle inventory and store presentation effectively
- Problem-solving skills combined with a customer-first approach
- Educational background minimum graduation in any stream
Salary range Rs 15,000 pm
