Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities:

• Managing all the aspects of the sales process from start to finish
• Managing client queries & providing end-to-end solutions for the same
• Work closely with the production team to gather updates on client orders, quality checks, and timely delivery
• Liaising with the dispatch team for order packaging, delivery & providing dispatch slips to the client.
• Developing unique sales strategies to increase store traffic and optimize profitability
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Generate daily sales reports, buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc
• Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc)
• Organize, maintain, and update the client database regularly
• Supervise, manage, and train the sales team
• Take in constructive criticism and produce quality work
• Take on specific/ ad hoc tasks to support the sales team in other ongoing projects such as exhibitions, pop-up events, etc

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in fields related to design
• 5 years of work experience as a Store Manager /ASM/Sr. Fashion Consultant
• Strong communication skills
• Understanding of inventory stocking procedures
• Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of customer service
• Positive attitude
• Organisational skills
