Position: Store - Assistant Manager
Experience - 10 to 12 Years
Qualification - Any degree
Job Description:
1. Supervise daily Stores activities ( Materials inward, Inspection, Storage and preservation, Materials outward, Stock Accountability ) and Logistic activities ( Goods inward and outward, Accountability )
2. Supervising and training to stores employees, establishing operating system and monitoring the workflow and quality of work to maximize the efficiency and minimize overtime
3. Develop operations systems to improve materials handling and storage requirements, inventory controls and shipping methods
4. Manage the stores and logistics team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals
5. Maintaining Stock level with accuracy and control the inventory as per target.
6. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations
7. Preparation of MIS reports
8. Managing ability of a team containing min 10 members
9. User knowledge in SAP is must
10. Experience in Industrial manufacturing is must.
11. Salary - Best in industry
