Role Overview

As an Assistant Store Manager at TYWIST, you will play a key role in driving store performance, enhancing

customer experience, and maintaining visual and operational excellence. You'll support the Store Manager

in day-to-day operations while leading the team to deliver the brand's modern, minimal, and customer-first

vision.

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations & Sales

Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Oversee daily store operations including opening,

closing, and cash handling. Maintain a clean, organized, and brand-aligned store environment. Execute

promotional campaigns and in-store activations effectively.

Customer Experience

Ensure an exceptional in-store experience for every customer. Handle escalations and resolve issues

promptly with professionalism. Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.

Team Management

Support in training, mentoring, and supervising the sales team. Prepare staff schedules and monitor

attendance and grooming standards. Create a motivated, collaborative, and customer-focused work culture.

Inventory & Merchandising

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse for replenishment. Conduct regular stock audits and

manage shrinkage control. Maintain visual merchandising standards reflecting TYWIST's aesthetic.

Reporting & Compliance

Share daily and weekly sales and performance reports with management. Ensure compliance with company

SOPs, cash handling, and operational guidelines. Track key performance metrics and suggest

improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree (preferred in Retail Management or related field). 24 years of retail experience, ideally in

fashion or lifestyle. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Customer-centric

approach with strong problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office. Flexible to work

weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.
