Job Description:
We are seeking a responsible Assistant Store Manager to assist in managing daily store operations, inventory control, and material handling. The candidate will support the Store Manager in maintaining stock records, supervising store staff, and ensuring proper storage and issuance of materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing store operations and inventory.
- Maintain proper records of stock inward and outward.
- Ensure accurate documentation of materials and supplies.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate for timely procurement.
- Supervise store staff and ensure proper material handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
- Coordinate with purchase and other departments for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 36 years of experience in store or warehouse management.
- Knowledge of inventory management and store documentation.
- Familiarity with MS Excel/ERP systems.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
