Role Description The Assistant Station Master at Unirail is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. The role involves overseeing day-to-day station operations, including monitoring train movements, coordinating arrivals and departures, and ensuring adherence to schedules and safety protocols. The Assistant Station Master supports passenger services by providing information, handling inquiries, and assisting in managing crowd flow and platform activities. Daily responsibilities include maintaining station logs, reporting operational issues, and coordinating with train crew, control offices, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations. The role also requires adherence to regulatory and company procedures, participation in incident reporting, and support in implementing operational improvements.
