Position: Assistant Manager – Application (PPD Passure)

CTC: 6.0 LPA to 8.0 LPA

Education: BE / B.Tech / Graduate Experience: 7 to 8 years

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

Strong technical knowledge of pharmaceutical machinery such as compression and capsule filling equipment
Ability to understand user requirements and convert leads into orders by preparing technical scopes and quotations
Conduct customer visits for inspection of machines related to retrofitting and upgradation
Provide effective solutions to resolve customer issues and requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, planning, and service to ensure seamless execution of projects
Prepare and deliver product presentations and technical demonstrations to clients
Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, machine evaluations, and service reports
Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements in pharma machinery
Support the sales team with technical inputs during client negotiations and proposal development
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality protocols during machine upgrades and installations
Train junior staff or technicians on machinery handling and troubleshooting techniques
