Job Title: SEO Assistant Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented SEO Assistant Manager to support the execution of our SEO roadmap and help elevate our digital presence. You will work closely with the SEO Manager, content creators, developers, and digital marketers to ensure that best practices are implemented and performance goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and rankings.
Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits.
Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO principles are applied to all content creation.
Monitor website performance and provide actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
Support link-building initiatives and outreach campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO.
Generate regular reports to track KPIs, rankings, traffic, and ROI.
Coordinate with developers to address technical SEO issues such as site speed, crawlability, and mobile optimization.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Proficiency in SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and GA4.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
Experience working in an agency or managing multiple projects is a plus.
