Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • . Assist in recruiting, coordinating, and managing performing artists.
  • . Prepare and coordinate rehearsal schedules, performance rosters, and stage operations.
  • . Supervise backstage activities to ensure smooth performances.
  • . Monitor performers attendance, performance quality, and work progress.
  • . Coordinate with technical crews on lighting, sound, costumes, and stage requirements.
  • . Ensure compliance with safety procedures during rehearsals and live performances.
  • . Liaise with artists, performers, and management regarding performance arrangements.
  • . Conduct market research to identify entertainment trends and improve business opportunities.
  • . Assist in planning and executing promotional events and marketing activities.
  • . Prepare reports and recommend improvements to stage operations.
