About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Sales Specialist to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of proven success in selling residential properties within the Bangalore real estate market. This role requires a professional who can manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and client consultation to site visits, negotiation, and final closing.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle for property, ensuring a healthy pipeline from inquiry to closure.
  • Generate new business through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital lead follow-up.
  • Proactively follow up on all leads and nurture relationships to ensure high conversion rates.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of client needs and effectively recommend suitable property options.
  • Coordinate and conduct professional property site visits to channel partners and customers.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the Bangalore real estate market, including property values, pricing trends, competitor projects, and local development regulations.
  • Negotiate sales terms, prices, and conditions, ensuring the best outcome for both the client and the company.

Assist clients with necessary paperwork and documentation for property transactions, coordinating with legal and finance teams for a seamless closing process.
