Assistant Manager Sales (Real Estate)

About the Role
We are hiring experienced real estate sales professionals for the role of Assistant Manager Sales, who can independently manage clients, conduct site visits, negotiate, and close residential real estate deals.
This is a hands-on sales role, not a Team Leader position. You will work under senior leadership but are expected to contribute directly to revenue from Day 1.
Key Responsibilities
Handle qualified inbound and outbound client leads
Conduct client meetings and site visits independently
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and location advantages
Manage negotiations and booking closures
Coordinate documentation and booking formalities
Maintain proper follow-ups and CRM updates
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory)
Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate sales
Strong exposure to the Chennai residential real estate market
Proven experience in independent deal closures
Experience in mid-segment / premium residential projects
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment

Compensation & Benefits
