This role is for young, energetic, talented, and driven individuals with a strong flair for sales. As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will independently handle pre-sales and sales interactions as an Individual Contributor, understand client requirements, provide quotations, and guide them in achieving their dream home interiors.
Responsibilities
- Guide prospective homeowners through their design and sales journey with Truww.
- Facilitate meetings between clients and designers at our Experience Centre.
- Effectively communicate Truww's products, services, and value propositions to prospective homeowners.
- Perform consultative outbound calls and follow-up calls on a daily basis.
- Manage your own sales pipeline, ensuring timely updates, follow-ups, and closures.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets as an individual contributor.
Requirements
- Strong interest in problem-solving with proven expertise in Sales (preferably Home Interiors Sales).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of sales experience (preferably inside sales or consultative selling).
- Demonstrated record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
