Role Description

This is a Full time role for an Assistant Sales Manager, based in Agra with some flexibility for remote work. The Assistant Sales Manager will support the sales team by managing client accounts, identifying potential leads, and contributing to strategic planning for sales campaigns. The role will include coordinating client communications, preparing sales reports, assisting in marketing efforts, and increasing brand exposure while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Business Development skills, with experience in client relationship management
  • Proficiency in Marketing and promotional activities, including digital and social media channels
  • Analytical and Reporting abilities to manage sales data and prepare insightful reports
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (pursuing or completed)
  • Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred, but not required
  • Familiarity with the travel and tourism industry is a plus
