Position Overview:We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Sales Executive for 23Latitude, the responsible tourism platform of Twenty 3 Stories & Endeavors Pvt. Ltd ( Also known as 2323Designs ). The primary focus of the role is to identify potential corporate accounts for travel and experience packages, as well as to scout for unique properties across India for onboarding on the platform. This role requires a combination of sales acumen, technical proficiency, and strong communication skills. The candidate will play a key role in expanding the platform's network of property partners and clients while ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in sales, business development, or operations within the hospitality or travel industry.
Key Responsibilities:1. Corporate Sales & Client Acquisition:
- Identify and approach corporate accounts, institutions, and organizations to promote travel packages and curated experiences offered by 23Latitude.
- Develop customized travel proposals and presentations to meet client requirements using MS PowerPoint.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals to achieve sales targets.
2. Property Scouting & Onboarding:
- Research and identify potential eco-stays, heritage properties, and unique travel experiences for the 23Latitude platform.
- Initiate contact with property owners/managers to explain the benefits of partnering with 23Latitude and facilitate their onboarding process.
- Guide property partners through the onboarding process, ensuring accurate listing of services, pricing, and other relevant information on the platform.
3. Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain and update the client and property database, ensuring comprehensive records of interactions, agreements, and contracts.
- Utilize MS Excel for data analysis, sales tracking, and generating monthly/quarterly reports.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports to the management team.
4. Technical Support & Training:
- Assist property partners with technical aspects of onboarding, including setting up profiles, uploading images, and updating pricing and availability.
- Provide ongoing support to partners to ensure optimal utilization of the platform and resolve technical queries.
5. Market Research & Strategy Development:
- Stay informed about emerging travel trends, sustainable tourism practices, and competitive offerings.
- Identify potential new markets and product opportunities for 23Latitude.
- Contribute to business development strategies aimed at expanding the platform's reach and enhancing partner engagement.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):- Number of corporate accounts acquired and travel packages sold.
- Successful onboarding of new properties and experiences on 23Latitude.
- Quality and accuracy of data maintained in the client and property database.
- Timely and effective resolution of partner queries and technical support requests.
- Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets and reporting accuracy.
Qualifications and Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
- Proven experience in managing corporate accounts or B2B sales.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and strong technical aptitude.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Willingness to travel for client visits and property scouting as required.
- Knowledge of sustainable tourism practices and responsible travel will be an added advantage.
Preference: Candidates with prior experience in similar roles within the hospitality or travel industry, particularly those with a proven track record in sales, property acquisition, or business development, will be given preference.
Remuneration:- Salary: 4.8 Lcs 5.4 Lacs per year
- Incentives: Performance-based incentives on meeting sales and onboarding targets
