Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Handle key accounts and ensure long-term relationship management with major clients.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales performance and customer needs.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and industry trends.
  • Ensure proper secondary sales tracking and stock availability at distributor level.
  • Coordinate with field sales teams to ensure effective execution of sales plans.
  • Support implementation of marketing and promotional activities in the region.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, MIS, and performance dashboards.
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:

  • 3–6 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in sealants, adhesives, construction chemicals, paints or related industries.
  • Graduate or MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.

SKILLS:

  • Strong understanding of the Rajasthan market.
  • Proven ability to manage key accounts and expand customer base.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Result-oriented approach with focus on achieving targets.
