Role & responsibilities:

• Recruitment of the New agents and engaging with the existing agents Recruitment & Activation of Agents
• Planning and devising the local scheme and engagement program for Agents Driving GWP through agents
• Ensuring the agent productivity and activation Productivity
• Product Training to agent and agents life cycle management Training
• Brand development by conducting sales campaigns
• Ensure Nil discrepancy and high customer service satisfaction Operations
• Ensuring meeting of the goal sheet targets month on month basis Achievements

Preferred candidate profile:

• Health Insurance, Life Insurance, General insurance and NBFC (Willing to do health agency)
