Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to support the Sales Manager in driving hotel sales, building client relationships, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies.

* Generate new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships.

* Handle corporate, group, and event enquiries.

* Conduct client meetings, hotel visits, and sales calls.

* Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations.

* Follow up with potential and existing clients.

* Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, Events, and other departments.

* Promote hotel rooms, events, meetings, and other hotel services.

* Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports.

* Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

* Support the team in achieving monthly and yearly sales targets.

* Ensure professional and timely communication with clients.

Requirements

* Graduate in any field; Hotel Management/Sales background preferred.

* 2–4 years of experience in hotel sales or a related hospitality role.

* Strong communication and negotiation skills.

* Good knowledge of corporate and local hotel sales.

* Strong client relationship and networking skills.

* Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting.

* Confident, presentable, and target-oriented.

* Willingness to travel locally for client meetings when required.
