Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Gondal. Responsibilities include managing and coordinating sales activities, nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. The Assistant Sales Manager will also support the development of sales strategies, monitor market trends, and collaborate closely with other teams to enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth. Ensuring effective communication with clients and stakeholders will be a key focus of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in market research, lead generation, and strategic planning
- Effective communication, presentation, and teamwork abilities
- Understanding of water treatment or beverage manufacturing industries is an asset
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Relevant academic qualifications, such as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in a sales or business development role is highly desirable
