Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager, based in Gondal. The Assistant Sales Manager will assist in managing and driving sales efforts, developing and nurturing client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities. Responsibilities include setting sales targets, creating reports, preparing sales strategies, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals. Additionally, the role requires monitoring market trends and providing recommendations to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, including client relationship management and lead generation
- Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends and creating actionable strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Prior experience in the water treatment or beverage industry is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in using CRM software and standard business tools
- Willingness to travel as needed
