Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Sales Manager to manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure. This role involves identifying new business opportunities through market research, generating leads through multiple channels including cold calling and client visits, delivering impactful presentations and product demonstrations, maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, preparing accurate sales reports, and contributing to overall business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client visits.
• Conduct client presentations and product demonstrations.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Develop a good understanding of market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  
  

Candidate Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to conduct client meetings and presentations confidently.
• Graduation is mandatory; MBA is preferred.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings as required.
