In this role, you will drive revenue growth, mentor sales executives, and build strong relationships with elite clientele. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and investors.
Oversee lead generation strategies and ensure a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to facilitate luxury property sales.
Monitor market trends, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Negotiate and close high-value transactions while ensuring a seamless client experience.
Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand positioning and promotional strategies.
Provide training and mentorship to sales executives for skill enhancement and growth.
Requirements:
Proven experience in luxury real estate sales and management.
Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
Exceptional ability to generate and convert high-quality leads.
