Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Gurugram. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting in planning and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, and achieving weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, conducting presentations, managing client interactions, and ensuring smooth processing of deals. The role also involves guiding and supporting sales staff to meet organizational objectives.

  • Proficiency in market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and trends.
  • Team management and leadership abilities to guide sales staff and coordinate efforts effectively.

  • Familiarity with real estate operations and related industry practices is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
