Nextec Drycon LLP is a fast-growing organization specializing in sub framing systems and dry construction solutions. As we continue to expand across India, we are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Sales Managers to strengthen our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities and develop key customer relationships.

- Drive sales of our metal framing systems used for dry construction and related products.

- Manage dealer, distributor, contractor, architect, and project sales.

- Identify new market opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.

- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and commercial negotiations.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.

- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.

- Minimum 2-3 years of B2B sales experience (experience in building materials, construction materials, architectural products, or related industries will be preferred).

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel.
