Role Description The Assistant Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, India, responsible for supporting revenue growth and strengthening customer relationships in the cold chain packaging market. This role includes assisting in the development and execution of sales plans, managing and expanding a portfolio of clients, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery. The person in this role will prepare and present product proposals, conduct market research, track competitor activities, and provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Day-to-day tasks also involve responding to customer inquiries, participating in client meetings and industry events, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to align sales activities with broader business objectives. The Assistant Sales Manager is expected to contribute to continuous improvement in sales processes and customer service quality.

- Candidates should possess market analysis and research skills, including the ability to assess industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Candidates should possess communication and presentation skills, including clear written and verbal communication and effective product demonstrations.
- Candidates should possess organizational and coordination skills, such as time management, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably in cold chain, packaging, logistics, or related industrial sectors, is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Proficiency in basic office and CRM tools, along with a readiness
