Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Sales Manager role, located in India. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets by identifying and engaging with prospective clients. Key tasks include managing customer relationships, generating leads, providing financial advice and solutions, and promoting the company's financial products. The role also requires overseeing and supporting the sales team, coordinating with various departments, and preparing sales reports to monitor and improve performance.

Qualifications

• Sales and Negotiation skills with the ability to engage customers and close deals
• Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Customer Relationship Management skills
• Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities, with proficiency in developing financial solutions
• Knowledge of financial products such as loans, savings, investments, insurance, and pensions
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services sector
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve organizational goals
