Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager based in Panaji. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and coordinating with the sales team to meet organizational goals. Additional tasks include conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends and ensuring a seamless customer experience in all interactions. The role also involves preparing sales reports and participating in sales strategy discussions with management.

• Strong Customer Relationship Management and Client Coordination skills
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Analytical and Research skills for market analysis
• Basic knowledge of Financial Services, including Investments, Loans, and Insurance
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• Experience within the financial sector or with financial products is a plus
