Responsibilities:
Team management and development: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals.
Sales strategy and execution: Help develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
Performance monitoring and analysis: Track key sales metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Client and stakeholder relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, to align sales and promotional activities.
