Assistant Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Directors in managing and developing corporate customer accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective B2B customers.
• Coordinate sales activities, customer visits to factories, and follow-up actions.
• Travel regularly to meet customers and support business development activities.

Requirement

• sMinimum 3–5 years of sales experience; B2B sales experience is preferred
• .Based in Singapore
• .Willing and able to travel frequently (typically 3–4 days per trip, averaging two trips per month)
• .Excellent spoken and written English
• .Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese is required to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking customers and business partners
• .Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage for supporting customers and business partners in Indonesia
• .Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
• .Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
