Job Description

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve the business objective for the zones.
  • To prepare Monthly, Quarterly, Annual sales plan for assigned zones and ensure their achievement.
  • Leading team of Sales executives/ASMs/SMs to achieve sales targets both in volumes and value.
  • To maintain regular visit frequency to market and meet Distributors, Retailers at agreed frequency.
  • Effective communication, team management skills ,coaching and mentoring team.
  • To design and develop retail distribution channel based on standard SOP and create distribution milestone by achieving breadth and depth of distribution.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly sales forecasts and analyze plan vs achievement and reduce deviation.
  • Identify new potential market and explore potential channel partners to encash opportunities
  • Provide timely and effective business solutions aligned with customer needs
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and achieve desired outcome.
  • To ensure sales team members are on board in case of vacancy arising due to resignations/retirement.
  • Define KRA and KPI for team in alignment with organization objective.
  • To ensure monitoring of sales team performance and track the productivity and suggest improvements.
