Assistant Sales Manager (Individual Contributor) - Infrastructure

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager with prior experience in the interior design industry. The role requires handling qualified leads generated by the marketing team, understanding customer requirements, coordinating with the design team, preparing proposals, negotiating, and converting prospects into successful projects. For the first three months, this will be an Individual Contributor (IC) role.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct meetings with qualified leads assigned by the marketing team.

- Perform multiple follow-up meetings to achieve closures.

- Understand customer requirements, lifestyle, design preferences, and budget.

- Coordinate with designers to create personalized mood boards.

- Conduct meetings at customer locations, project sites, or office.

- Perform site visits whenever required.

- Prepare quotations and present proposals.

- Negotiate and close projects.

- Update CRM and coordinate project handover.

KPIs

- Minimum 10% conversion from qualified leads assigned.

- Maintain average project ticket size of 10 Lakhs.

- Achieve monthly sales targets.

Eligibility

- 2–5 years of experience in Interior Sales.

- Interior company experience is mandatory.

- Strong communication, negotiation, quotation preparation, and closing skill
