About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to join our travel and tourism team. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, promoting travel packages, and supporting business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate and convert leads into travel bookings and sales opportunities.
• Promote domestic and international tour packages, visa services, hotel bookings, and other travel-related products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and corporate clients.
• Prepare quotations, itineraries, and travel proposals based on client requirements.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria Qualification:
Any Degree or equivalent qualification
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Travel & Tourism Sales or a related sales role Mandatory Requirements
• Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
• Good knowledge of travel products, destinations, and tourism services
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage Preferred Skills
• Experience in handling corporate and retail travel clients
• Knowledge of international travel packages and visa processes
