Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager based in Vadodara. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales revenue, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and identifying new market opportunities. The role includes creating and executing sales strategies, preparing detailed sales reports, meeting revenue targets, and collaborating with the team to enhance customer satisfaction. The individual will also represent Ginger Hotels in sales meetings and events, ensuring excellent brand representation.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and maintaining partnerships
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans effectively
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency in preparing sales reports
- Ability to work both collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and independently
- Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
