We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to drive B2B sales for Fire Safety Solutions including Fire Alarm Systems, Fire Suppression Systems, Public Address Systems, and related safety solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, managing channel partners and direct customers, conducting site meetings, preparing techno-commercial proposals, and achieving sales targets.
The ideal candidate should have experience in enterprise sales, project sales, or channel sales within the fire safety, ELV, security, or building automation industry.
Role Description
- Generate and develop B2B business opportunities for fire safety solutions.
- Meet consultants, architects, builders, contractors, system integrators, corporates, industries, hospitals, educational institutions, and government clients.
- Promote products and solutions related to Fire Alarm Systems, Public Address & Voice Evacuation Systems, Related ELV/Building Safety Solutions
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, product presentations and demonstrations.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations and tender submissions.
- Coordinate with pre-sales, design and technical teams for solution preparation.
- Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key customers.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries, payments, and project execution coordination.
Required Skills
- Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of fire safety systems and project sales.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of consultants, contractors and enterprise sales processes.
- Familiarity with OEM brands and fire safety standards is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and quotation preparation.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, ECE, Mechanical, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
