Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Onboard clients via telephonic and face-to-face interactions.
  • Build, strengthen, and sustain client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Marketing, Service, etc.) for client engagement.
  • Identify sales and upsell opportunities with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Alibaba's offerings and value proposition.
  • Follow all organizational policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Candidate Requirements
  • Graduation degree (mandatory).
  • MBA/PGDM preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
