Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager based in New Delhi. The Assistant Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, support the development and execution of sales strategies, and ensure excellent customer relationship management. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role also involves providing product knowledge to customers and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication.

  • Proficiency in Sales Management and Client Relationship Management
  • Skills in Market Research, Business Development, and Strategic Planning
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in preparing sales forecasts, reports, and analytics
  • Ability to meet targets and work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Knowledge of the furniture or manufacturing industry is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is beneficial
