Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for the role of Assistant Sales Manager at Batra Heart & Multispeciality Hospital in Faridabad. The Assistant Sales Manager will oversee and manage daily sales activities, develop and implement effective sales strategies, build and maintain relationships with clients, and ensure achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities include collaborating with the sales team, generating reports, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities to contribute to the growth of the organization. Effective communication and coordination with internal teams and external partners will be essential to accomplish business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
- Proven experience in sales strategy formulation and market analysis
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client relationship management
- Ability to drive results and meet sales targets under deadlines
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in the healthcare or medical services industry is a plus
