We are looking for a dynamic and result oriented Real estate and relationship manager to manage property sales, generate referral leads and build strong relationships with clients and the candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
1.Strong communication and negotiation skills.
2.Basic knowledge of Real estate documentation and loacl market trends
3.Conduct site visits and property presentation for clients.
3.Negotiate coordinate documentation and registration process
4.Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options.
5.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
6.Proficiency in CRM soft ware.
Qualification and Experience :
1.Bachelor's of degree in Business Marketing or related field.
2.0-1years of Experience in Real estate sales preferred.
