Assistant Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Team Lead to manage and lead a team responsible for Panel Sales and Service Sales. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual with a strong sales background in electrical panels and service offerings, with the ability to guide a team to success.

• Sales Promote and sell electrical panels and related products to new and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable panel solutions based on technical specifications.
• Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and project bids for panel installations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely supply and delivery of panels, including customized solutions when necessary.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels for panel products.
• Conduct site assessments and offer recommendations for panel and electrical system designs.
• Ability to manage team of Sales Engineer.
• The primary focus of this role will be to drive only Sales and he should have good knowledge of - Capacitors, Reactors, and Power Quality Products like AHF, APFC, MCC, PCC, IMCC.
• Service Knowledge in Selling Automation Panels, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and preventive maintenance services for switchgears and automation products. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for getting sales and Service Sales related to above listed products from any make.
• Experience in service is a plus. We expect Engineers to get Services sales for AMC Contracts, Retrofitting Products, and after sales delivery will be taken care by service team.
