Education Requirement

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in insurance sales
• At least 2+ years of experience managing Team Leaders
• Proven experience in handling a layered sales structure Team Leaders
• Strong understanding of the Mumbai insurance market
• Mandatory proficiency in Marathi (spoken and written)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Team Leaders, and indirectly oversee their field sales executives
• Drive overall team performance to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to Team Leaders to enhance their team productivity
• Conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and skip-level meetings
• Ensure effective execution of sales strategies across multiple teams
• Monitor and optimize field sales operations through Team Leaders
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Track performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
