Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in insurance sales
- At least 2+ years of experience managing Team Leaders
- Proven experience in handling a layered sales structure Team Leaders
- Strong understanding of the Mumbai insurance market
- Mandatory proficiency in Marathi (spoken and written)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Team Leaders, and indirectly oversee their field sales executives
- Drive overall team performance to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to Team Leaders to enhance their team productivity
- Conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and skip-level meetings
- Ensure effective execution of sales strategies across multiple teams
- Monitor and optimize field sales operations through Team Leaders
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Track performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
