Profile Summary

We are looking for an assistant sales manager to lead store operations, sales, and customer engagement in our luxury gem & jewelry store. The ideal candidate will manage the sales team, optimize inventory, and ensure a premium shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train the sales team to enhance selling skills and customer service.
• Oversee floor operations, ensuring efficient workflows and premium presentation.
• Conduct inventory audits and stock management to maintain accuracy and quality.
• Ensure proper handling, display, and organization of jewelry.
• Drive sales strategies and customer engagement initiatives.
• Address customer concerns promptly, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Represent the store in meetings, events, and brand presentations.

Requirements and Skills:

• 3-4+ years in luxury retail, jewelry, or sales management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of gemstones, diamond grading, and inventory control.
• Proficiency in CRM, Excel, and sales analytics.
• Languages: English and Hindi preferred.
