Job Description

  • Good Communicator, comfortable to work in teams, punctual, polite to others, responsible,sincerity to the job.
  • PC skill like MS Excel & Power point.
  • Languages known: English, Hindi and local Language.
Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible to check whether distributor work properly in the market and their offices to maintain our high-quality services to customers. If any problems will discover based on company policy on sales activities and any other company regulations, he shall inform to senior and take necessary actions to solve the issue(s).
  • He should make the overall trainings and coaching to the distributor for maintaining high quality products & services to customers.
  • He shall support to deliver the products to outlets by distributor, if it is required. (After consulting with his seniors, He shall decide their schedule and supply the products to the market)
  • He shall be responsible to manage all the type of customers in retail department including credit customers like Organized Retailers or Hotels. In case some problems happened between YDI/distributor and Customers including credit customers, he shall have responsibilities to solve the problems by his efforts. To fulfill the above responsibilities, he should have enough ability to understand Business English including written English like agreements or any documents between YDI/distributor and Customers (Ex: Retailers, Hotels).
  • He is responsible to handle the sales routes of distributor in a proper manner based on Company s policy for sales activities.
  • He is responsible to check the stock quantity in warehouse of the distributor and give the report to senior on daily basis.
  • Responsible to take an order from distributor and collect the payments from them.
  • Responsible to create and submit any type of retail documents (ex: DSR, Agreement, Payment Reminder) to the management on a regular basis.
  • He shall commute to distributor point and visit in the market by using own vehicles and take necessary actions in the market like the supervision of distributors sales activities, payment collection and so on.
  • He shall open the outlets (Retailers, Hotels, Restaurants, Canteens and so on) in the market based on company policy for sales activities.
  • He is responsibility to search the potential for hiring new distributor, expansion to new city and any branding activity.
  • He is responsible to take purchase orders (POs) from any type of customers including credit customers like Organized retailers and Hotels.
  • He is responsible to manage visicooler, branding materials and POPs provided by Company.
  • Moreover, He shall maintain the proper record of them for the management of company materials.
  • He will be responsible to manage sales promotion activities and supervision of distributor in the market. If there is any problem(s), he has to take necessary actions to resolve the issue(s).
