Role: Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Type: Individual Contributor | Field Role (Travel Involved)

Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday | 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Sunday Off)

CTC: ₹10 LPA (₹8 LPA Fixed + ₹2 LPA Variable + Travel Allowance)

Locations: Delhi south, Dwarka, Gurgaon, Rohini

• Drive brand awareness and school activation initiatives
• Promote UPRIO's educational platform to students and parents
• Enroll students into free trial batches/programs
• Convert free users into paid subscribers
• Build strong parent and student engagement
• Drive renewals, retention, and follow-ups to ensure customer success
• Coordinate with schools and participate in promotional activities/events

• Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech / B2C Sales / Field Sales
• Strong communication skills in English
• Prior experience in education or EdTech sales is preferred
• Comfortable with regular field work, including school visits and events
• Must own a 2-wheeler for travel
