Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Revenue Manager-Cluster based in Kolkata. The responsibilities include assisting in revenue optimization strategies, analyzing market trends and data, implementing pricing strategies, and supporting financial performance improvements. The role involves close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue goals and ensure alignment with the organization's overall strategies. Regular monitoring of competitor performance and providing actionable insights will also be integral to the role.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate strategic insights
• Experience with Revenue Recognition and Revenue Management processes
• Proficiency in Finance and Accounting principles relevant to hospitality
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with hospitality and hotel revenue systems is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field
